Studio 2014 non apre Word (97-'2003 o rtf) dicendo che ci sono cambiamenti da accettare...

Ho un file mandato da un cliente - la prima versione in docx risultava protetta e quindi non apribile. La seconda in 97-2003 non si apriva anche quando trasformato in rtf. Solitamente questo risolve problemi con documenti in docx. Il messaggio dice che ha dei cambiamenti non accettati ma io non li vedo e anche quando li accetto e stop tracking non si apre e mi da' lo stesso messaggio. Il cliente giura che il file e' sprotetto, tutto... Idee qualcuno?!
