This appears in the report of a patient's coronary angiography procedure. It's the (s/d-m) abbreviations that I'm not sure about. I think s/d may mean systolic/diastolic, but then I don't understand the "m" after this.

This appears in a little table in the report, with the results right after it:

Aorta (s/d-m) mmHg -- 117 / 52 - 78

What is this showing? I understand it's some sort of pressure, but need help with the specifics, and how to show it in English.

(And for context , this is followed by a second entry that reads: VS (s/pd-td) mmHg -- 130 / -16 18). I understand VS = LV; the rest of it is the subject of my next question.

Hi Joe,
no need to translate as it means the same in English.
systolic/diastolic - mean aorta pressures are what are being referred to here.
Then if you do a little research on pressure differences your next set of abbreviations will make sense
