• The human body is the entire structure of a human organism, and consists of a head, neck, trunk,two arms, and two legs.
Brain
• Brain is the master control organ of the body.
• It receives information through the senses from inside and outside of the body.
• The brain remembers past experiences, is the source of thought, moods, and emotions.
Ears, eyes, and nose
• Ears: The ears convert sound from mechanical vibrations into electrical signals, which the brain interprets.
• Eyes: The eyes receive light from the outside world and convert it into electrical signals that are transported to the brain and perceived as an image.
• Nose: Contains nostrils and organs of smell, and forms the beginning of the respiratory tract.
Heart
• A muscular organ with four chambers. The heart receives oxygen-poor blood from the veins and pumps oxygen-rich blood into the arteries, which then transport the blood throughout the body.
lung and Stomach
• Lungs are a pair of organs in the chest that supply the body with oxygen and remove carbon dioxide from the body.
• The stomach The stomach helps break down and digest the food, and moves it into the small intestine for further digestion.
