“Always fight with the deep conviction that I am with you. Do not be guided by feeling, because it is not always under your control; but all merits lies in the will.” (1760)
“My child, you please Me most by suffering. In your physical as well as your mental sufferings, My daughter, do not seek sympathy from creatures. I want the fragrance of your suffering to be pure and unadulterated. I want you to detach yourself, not only from creatures, but also from yourself … The more you will come to love suffering, My daughter, the purer your love for Me will be.” (279)

I was born in Beijing, China, therefore Mandarin (Putonghua) is the mother-tongue for me, I learnt Cantonese after I came to Hong Kong when I was 10 years old, and it became the second mother-tongue now. In January 2013, I took a Putonghua Proficiency Test given by the State Language Commission of the PRC and scored a mark of 78.7.
I studied in Universities in USA after a TOEFL Exam score of over 600. The grades for 2 semesters in studying English are:
a) Language and Style (grade A-)
b) Introduction to English Literature (grade B).
I started translation for my community many years ago, and I also translate for my own web-site until now.
I have the transcription / translation / subtitling experience with burning into DVD before.
