The Monterey Institute for International Studies is not for military students. You should take a look at their web site.

nope Jan 24, 2015

What you are looking is an Institute based on Monterey CA, I am talking about Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center known for Military Personnel (like my self) as Monterey Language Institute MLI back (in 2001) everything change there and besides the 200 or 300 civilians working in there many other civilians outside walls become part of the DLIFLC not DLIELC (this still ONLY for military - law enforcement personnel) having several programs all over the world.

The Defense Language Institute is known as the DLI located at the Presidio of Monterey, operated by the US Military. MIIS is a totally different institution.
