We have analysed this issue during our first deliverable and assessed that the e-readiness of the target groups is very low, meaning that signifficant investments need to be done in order to increase their readiness for e-business solutions.

Cresterea valorilor indicatorilor a fost anuala, astfel incat perspectivele economice pana in 2007 sunt pozitive. Indicator values have boosted an annual growth, thus economic perspectives up to 2007 are positive. However, it is estimated that there may also exist risks related to economic overheating and to the foreign debt deficit.
