Le présent Bordereau des prix unitaires présente la définition des prix des travaux de réhabilitation et d’aménagement de la route (contenu caché pour des raisons de confidentialité).
Elle concerne les parties :
- Partie A – Travaux routiers ;
- Partie B – Réhabilitation et construction d’Ouvrages d’Art ;
- Partie C – Mesures environnementales ;
INDICATIONS GÉNÉRALES
Les quantités prises en compte pour le règlement des travaux seront celles définies par le projet d’exécution établi par l’Entrepreneur selon les ordres du Maître d’Œuvre et approuvé par celui-ci ou le cas échéant, dans le cas de travaux non prévus dans le projet d’exécution, celles précisées dans l’Ordre de Service du Maître d’Œuvre prescrivant ces travaux.
Ces quantités ne seront réglées à l’Entrepreneur qu’après l’établissement d’attachements contradictoires constatant la réalité des travaux effectués, conformément aux projets d’exécution ou des Ordres de Service du Maître d’Œuvre.
Toute augmentation de ces quantités qui résulteraient d’une modification apportée sur l'initiative de l’Entrepreneur et non approuvée préalablement par le Maître d’Œuvre restera à la charge de l’Entrepreneur.
Les prix du Bordereau Détail Estimatif seront établis hors toutes taxes et droits ‘HTTD’ et hors TVA ‘HTVA’ et comprennent :
• la fourniture de tous les matériaux, y compris leur transport sur le chantier quels que soient leur provenance et le lieu d’approvisionnement ;
• les fournitures diverses telles que ciment, fer, bitume, carburant, lubrifiants, ingrédients, etc. et leur transport sur le chantier quels que soient leur provenance et le lieu d’approvisionnement ;
• la main d’œuvre ;
• les frais de levés topographiques et d’implantation, de reports et de dessins ;
• les frais des autorisations, de redevances, de recherche des matériaux, d’ouverture des gîtes et carrières en limitant les distances de transport, d’extraction et de fabrication des matériaux conformes aux spécifications, de recherche de nouvelles carrières et gîtes si ceux indiquées dans le DAO ne fournissent pas les matériaux conformes en qualité ou en quantité et toutes sujétions ;
• les frais d’études ainsi que les essais d’études et d’agrément prévus à la charge de l’Entrepreneur, y compris l’autocontrôle de l’Entrepreneur (Plan d’Assurance Qualité - PAQ) ;
• les frais de métrés et de dessin et de réalisation des projets d’exécution par un bureau d’études agréée ;
• l’alimentation permanente en eau et électricité, le gardiennage du laboratoire de chantier ainsi que des bureaux, laboratoire, installations et logements mis à la disposition du Maître de l’ouvrage ;
• l’exécution et l’entretien de toutes les déviations nécessaires pour le maintien permanent de la circulation dans des conditions acceptables y compris les déviations pour les ouvrages hydrauliques sous hauts remblais, les zones de reconstruction de la plate-forme et les ouvrages de franchissement ;
• les frais de l’entretien des travaux effectués jusqu’à la réception, y compris leur réfection complète en cas de destruction ;
• les détournements de rivières et de canaux d’irrigation nécessaires à l’exécution de tous les ouvrages d’assainissement ou autres ;
• les frais inhérents au maintien de la circulation, à l’entretien pendant la période de garantie définie dans les conditions du Marché et aux stipulations des présentes Spécifications Techniques ;
• tous les coûts inhérents au respect des exigences environnementales, si ces frais ne sont pas rémunérés séparément ;

This schedule of rates defines the prices of rehabilitation and construction work of the (content hidden for confidentiality reasons) road.
It relates to the following parts:
- Part A – Road work ;
- Part B – Rehabilitation and construction of engineering structures;
- Part C – Environmental measures ;
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
The quantities taken into account by the works regulation will be those defined by the implementation project established by the contractor according to the Project Manager’s orders and approved by him or, should the case of unpredicted work in the implementation project arise, those specified in the Instruction of the Project Manager dictating these works.
These quantities will only be regulated with the Contractor after establishing the survey noting the reality of the implemented work, in accordance with the projects of implementation or the Instructions of the Project Manager.
Any increase of these quantities that would result from a modification made on the initiative of the contractor and not approved beforehand by the project manager will be for the contractor’s account
The estimated costs will be established exclusive of any taxes, rates, and VAT; and they include:
• supply of all materials, including their transport on the building site regardless of their source and place of supply;
• the various supplies such as cement, iron, asphalt, fuel, lubricants, ingredients, etc and their transport on the building site regardless of their source and place of supply;
• workforce;
• costs of topographical and set-up surveys, deferments and drawing ;
• costs of authorizations, installments, materials research, opening up lodgings and careers while limiting distances of transport, extraction and manufacturing of material that comply to the specifications, research of new careers and lodgings if those indicated in the TD do not provide the complying materials in quality or in quantity and any subjections;
• studies costs as well as studies and license drafts on account of the contractor, including autocheck and control (quality assurance plan –qap)
• expenses of measurements, drawing and execution of implementation projects by an accredited drawing office
• permanent water and power supply, security of construction laboratory as well as offices, laboratory, installations and accommodations intended for the Principal’s use.
• implementation and maintenance of all deviations needed to maintain permanent traffic under acceptable conditions including detours for hydraulic structures under high embankments, platform reconstruction areas and the crossing works ;
• costs of the maintenance of works implementation until delivery, including their complete renovation in case of destruction;
• routing of rivers and irrigation canals necessary for the execution of all works of sewage or others;
costs related to the maintenance of traffic, the warranty maintenance during the warranty period defined in market conditions, and to the terms of these Technical Specifications;
• all costs of compliance with environmental requirements, if these costs are not paid separately;
