Bio

I provide excellence in the field of translation,
interpretation, transcription, subtitling, and proofreading. I have been living in the UK since 2007. A dual citizen (Romanian and
British), I have been working as a translator and interpreter in the UK for 10
years, the last 3 of which, also running my own TI agency, “Manchester Speak”.
My education includes a DPI Romanian (CIoL) in 2014, a PhD in 2013, and a M.Ed.
(Distinction) in 2008 from the University of Manchester on the one hand, and a
MA in Philology from Romania in 2006, certified by the Romanian Ministry of
Justice as a sworn translator & interpreter for English in 2005, having a
First Degree in English and Romanian in 2004. I love what I do! I am an avid and precise linguist.

I am on the NRPSI (16552), ILU (Home Office & Border
Force), and PAIT to name a few, whilst holding SC for the NCA, CTC (Home
Office), NPPV3, and DBS Enhanced.

I enjoy exploring the subtleties of languages I work into
and from, with attention to detail and precision like no other.
