Height adjustment
Raise and lower the chair/stretcher with the foot control ar¬row symbols.
Raise either by pressing the ”up” right arrow symbol (7).
Lower either by pressing the ”down” left arrow symbol (8).
The chair/stretcher raises and lowers smoothly while the foot arrow symbols are activated and stops immediately when the foot arrow symbols are released.
When the chair or stretcher hits the top position an audible tone sounds. Press the down foot control arrow to lower.
Overload protection
Lifting capacity 150kg / 330Lbs.
The circuit board is protected from overload. When over¬loaded an audible tone sounds. Reduce the load. Press the “down” foot control arrow and lower.
Autostop mechanism
If the chair or the stretcher hits an obstacle when lowering, the lift will automatically stop.
To release it from this position just press the ”up” right arrow symbol (7).
When the lifting belt for some reason is slacking press the ”up” right arrow symbol (7).
If lifting belt fails (19), chair/stretcher will automatically stop/lock on the column. Call for technical assistance.

Charging instructions for the Combilift
Charge the lift daily or when the low battery audible tone sounds, when pressing a foot control arrow.
• Use only the 24 volt dc battery charger model delivered by TR.
• Insert the battery charger plug into chassis base. Make sure that the plug is completely in place. Do not connect the battery charger to the mains before it is connected to the lift.
• Then plug the battery charger into the mains.
• When the battery charger is properly connected, an indicator on the battery charger will be lit. If not, recheck the connection on the mains.
• The indicator shines yellow while charging and green when the lift is ready for use.
• Maximum charging time is 8 hours. The lift can never be overcharged.
• When the charging is completed, disconnect the battery charger from the mains, before you disconnect it from the lift.
• A flat fuse (15A) is connected between the batteries
under the cover.
• Emergency Stop button.

Attaching and removing Chair and Stretcher
No tools are required to remove or change from Chair or Stretcher. You just remove the protection pad (13) and loosen the black attachment wheel (2) located on the sup¬port column. Then, swing the Chair/Stretcher forward and up to unhook it from the support column (1).
To mount the Chair/Stretcher to the Lift, place the pin on the Chair/Stretcher into the hole of the support column (1).
Lower the Chair/Stretcher until the threaded pin matches the hole in the bracket, and reposition the attachment wheel as well as the wheel protection pad (13).
Warning: Before you attempt to change or remove Chair/ Stretcher, castor brakes (5) must be securely locked, and column in a low position.
Castor Brakes
Park the Lifter in position as pictured for stability. To lock the positive, toe-operated brakes on the two castors (5), press down the end on each red brake lever until it clicks into posi¬tion to lock the brakes.
To release, step on the raised part on the red lever. To increase the brake stability also lock the two gray straight steering castors.
Straight Steering Castors
The “bed side” castors (6) can be locked for straight steer¬ing. Lock the straight steering on “the front” castor facing the direction you are transporting in.
To lock the straight steering, press down the gray locking lever on castor until it clicks into position.

Backrest Chair Lift
For more versatility in patient transfer patients may be oriented in either direction on the Chair. Simply switch the Snap-On backrest (14) from one rotation arm support (10) to the other.
The Chair has a protection pad (13) which temporary can be used as a backrest and enables the patient to easily be positioned for transport.
Backrest Stretcher Lift
For more versatility in patient transfer patients may be oriented either way on the Stretcher. Simply switch the head pillow (16) from one end to the other, and note that a hinged backrest (10) operates at either end on the Stretcher.
Raise either backrest (10) by lifting the end support (18) slightly and lift the support bar (14). The support bar (14) automatically latches into either angled positions. From hori¬
zontal position first lift the support bar (14) when raising.
Lower either backrest (10) by slightly lifting the end support (18), grasp and lift the support bar (14) and lower the end support to wanted position.
Important. Ensure that the support bar (14) is completely engaged in any positions.
Safety belts
When the patient is placed on the Stretcher Lift bring the two adjustable safety belts (15) over the patients chest and legs. Adjust the safety belts (15) to ensure patient’s comfort and security, then tighten and fas¬ten the safety belts securely.
When patient is seated on the Chair Lift, bring the ad¬justable safety belts (15) around the patient’s chest and legs. Run the belt ends (15) through the guides on the Chair. Adjust the safety belts (15) to ensure pa¬tient’s comfort and security, then tighten and fasten the safety belts securely.

Cleaning the Lift Chair Lift
Clean the Chair in the similar way as the Stretcher. For thor¬ough cleaning, remove the protection pad (13), the Snap-On backrest (14) and then put them in the tub. Position the Chair over the tub and spray with the tub’s cleaning system. Rinse Chair, Snap-On backrest thoroughly with fresh water from the patient shower after cleaning.
Wipe beneath Lift to prevent water dripping on floor.
Stretcher Lift
The Stretcher has removable pads (11). The head pillow (16), made of PVC, is heat sealed against moisture and can be washed and cleaned.
For thorough cleaning, remove the pads (11) by pulling upwards from the stretcher (18). Position the Stretcher over the tub and spray with the tub’s cleaning system. Place the removable head pillow (16) and pads (11) in the tub and clean them. Rinse the stretcher, pillow and pads thoroughly with fresh water from the patient shower after cleaning.
Wipe beneath Lift to prevent water dripping on floor.
Warning Never clean pads (11) and/or pillow (16) in gas steriliza¬tion unit.
Safety belts may be machine washed and dried. Velcro strips must be pressed together during washing and dry¬ing to preserve their gripping power.

Patient Transporting on Stretcher lift
To ensure safety patients shall be transported on the Stretcher Lift following the special recommended proce¬dures.
Note: For the following special transfer procedures with the Stretcher Lift, patients can be pivoted on the seat to rest against the attached back protection pad (13).
The Stretcher Lift can always be lowered all the way to the lift legs.
Warning: Safety belts must be securely fastened around the patient at all times.
1. Lock the castor brakes.
2. Adjust backrest (10) for patient comfort.
3. Support the patient´s comfort on the Stretcher.
4. Adjust the chest and leg safety belts (15) and fasten them.
5. Adjust the stretcher to a comfortable transport position by using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising and
(8) ”down” left arrow symbol (8) for lowering.
6. Allow the patient to firmly grasp the stabilizing bar (17) for extra safety and support.
7. Unlock the castor brakes (5) and, if desired, engage the straight steering castor (6) when transporting.
8. When transporting patient on the Stretcher Lift, push Lift with one hand on the transfer handle (3) and your other hand on the stretcher endsupport (18), behind the patient

Patient Transfer: From Wheelchair to Stretcher Lift
You can raise or lower the Stretcher Lift to match wheelchair height and thus ease the transfer of wheelchair patients.
1. Lock the Lifts castor brakes (5) and raise backrest (10) to an upright position.
2. Position the wheelchair next to the Stretcher and lock the wheelchair castors.
3. Lower the Stretcher, using the ”down” left arrow symbol
(8) for lowering, to wheelchair seat height.
4. Remove the wheelchair armrest and swing footrest away on the transfer side.
5. Transfer patient laterally from wheel-chair onto Stretch¬er, supporting patient under arms.
6. Position patient comfortably on Stretcher, secure safety belts (15) and raise Stretcher, using the ” up” right ar¬row symbol (7) for raising, to transport position.
7. Unlock the castor brakes (5) and, if desired, engage the straight steering castor (6) when transporting.
To return patient to wheelchair/bed reverse steps.

Patient Transfer: From Stretcher Lift into Bathtub
When bathing, the patient must remain on the Stretcher Lift with safety belts (15) securely fastened. Backrest (10) must be in full upright position when Stretcher is lowered into the tub.
Warning: Never leave patient unattended.
1. Use the transfer handles (3) to place the Lift next to the
prefilled bathtub.
2. Lower the bathtub and raise the Stretcher, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising, high enough to clear the tub rim. Important: Make sure the patients
hands firmly grasp the stabilizing bar (17) or that the patients arms are crossed over his/her body. This will
avoid pinching arms or fingers between Stretcher frame
and tub rim as Stretcher is lowered or tub is raised.
1 Position Stretcher so it is centred over the tub.
2 Raise the bathtub to a comfortable working height before lowering the Stretcher and patient into the water, using the “down” left arrow symbol (8) for lowering.
3 After bathing, lower the bathtub before raising the Stretcher, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for rais¬ing the patient above the water. You can use the patient shower system to rinse the patient in this position, al¬lowing the water to drain into tub.
4 Raise Stretcher, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising, to clear tub rim and pull it away from the bathtub. Lower the stretcher, using the ”down” left arrow symbol (8) for lowering, to convenient transport height. The patient can then be dried and wrapped in a bath towel.
5 If desired, engage one of the straight steering castor (6) when transporting.
Note: Wipe beneath Stretcher Lift to prevent water dripping
on floor.

Patient Transfer: From Stretcher Lift onto Bed
1 Make sure the bed rail is raised and secured on the side of the bed opposite from the Stretcher lift.
2 Position the Stretcher over the bed, lock the Lift castor brakes (5), and lower the Stretcher, using the ”down” right arrow symbol (8) for lowering, onto the mattress. The stretcher will automatically stop when hitting the bed surface.
3 Lower the backrest (10) onto the bed mattress.
4 Loosen the safety belts (5).
5 Roll the patient gently onto the bed.
6 Raise the Stretcher slightly, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising, to clear the mattress. Unlock the Lift castor brakes (5), and pull the Lift away from the bed.
7 Roll patient back to comfortable position on bed.
8 Raise and lock bed guard rail on transfer side. Reverse the procedure for transferring a patient from a bed.

3 When transporting push Lift with one hand on the trans¬fer handle (3) and your other hand on the rotating arm support (10), behind the patient.

6. Position patient comfortably on Chair with back against Snap-On backrest (14).
7. Rotate the armsupport forward and secure safety belts
(15) around patients chest and legs.
8. Raise Chair Lift, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising, to transport position. Patients feet should rest easily on foot support (4). Warning: Patients feet
should never dangle for the risk of being caught under the legs on the Lift.
9. Unlock Chair Lift castor brakes (5), and if desired, en¬gage the straight steering castor (6) when transporting.
To return patient to wheelchair reverse the steps.

Patient Transfer from Bed to Chair Lift
Follow the recommended procedures. Do not omit any steps. Stay in sequence.
1 Make sure the bed guard rail is raised and secured on the side of the bed opposite from the Chair Lift.
2 Rotate both arm supports (10) to their rear position.
3 Roll the patient onto his/her side, facing away from the Chair.
4 Position the Chair over the bed so the seat is aligned with the patient buttocks.
5 Lower the Chair seat, using the ”down” left arrow symbol (8) for lowering. The lowering will automatically stop when Chair hits bed surface. Then press the seat with your hand to compress it slightly more onto the bed mattress.
6 Lock the Chair Lifts castor brakes (5).
7 Roll the patient over, onto a comfortable position on the seat. Rotate the forward arm support (10) into its transport position in front of the patient.
8 Assist the patient up to a sitting position and have
him/her to firmly grasp the arm support (10). If the
patient is in an electric bed, raise the bed head end to help the patient. With the patient sitting, rotate the arm support (10) with Snap-On backrest (14) forward and let patient rest against it.
9. Adjust safety belts (15) around patients chest and legs and fasten them.
10.Raise the Chair seat, using the ”up” right arrow symbol
(7) for raising, off the bed mattress and unlock the Lifts castor brakes (5).
11.Support the patients legs with one arm, roll the Chair Lift away from the bed, and then lower the patients
legs.
12.Raise or lower the Chair, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising or ”down” (8) for lowering, so patients feet rest easily on the foot support (4).
13.Push the Chair by using the transfer handle (3) on the Lift and the arm support (10) behind the patient.
14.If desired, engage the straight steering castor (6) when transporting.
Warning: Patients feet should never dangle for the risk of being caught under the legs on the Lift.

Patient Transfer from Chair Lift into Bathtub
When bathing, the patient must remain on the Chair Lift with safety belts (15) securely fastened. Warning: Never leave patient unattended.
1 Position the Chair Lift next to the prefilled bathtub.
2 Lower the bathtub and raise the Chair, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising, high enough to clear the bathtub rim.
3 Hold the patients legs clear of the bathtub rim with one arm and position Chair over the bathtub. Note: Elevate the Chair to ensure clearance of all body parts over the rim of the bathtub. Also, make sure the
patients hands firmly grasp arm support (10) or cross
arms over his/her body. This will avoid any possibility of the patient being pinched between the rim of the bathtub and chair during the transfer.
1 Lower the patients legs into the bathtub.
2 Raise the bathtub to a comfortable working height and lower the Chair into the water, using the down arrow symbol (8) for lowering, until the Chair seat is resting on the bathtub bottom.
3 When the patient is comfortable in the water, rotate one or both arm supports (10) over the bathtub rim to allow the patient to recline, if the patient is capable of selfsupport. The bathtubs have an adjustable footrest for more comfort and security.
4 After bathing, rotate the forward arm support (10) into transport position in front of the patient.
5 Assist the patient to a sitting position and have him/
her firmly grasp the arm support (10). With the patient
sitting rotate the arm support (10) with the Snap-On backrest (14) forward and let patient rest against it.
9. Lower the bathtub and raise the Chair, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) when raising, above water level. You can use patient shower system to rinse the patient in this position, and the water will drain into the bath¬tub.
10.Raise Chair, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising, to clear tub rim and support the patients legs. Pull the Lift away from the bathtub.
11.Lower the Chair, using the ”down” left arrow symbol (8) for lowering, to transport height so that patients feet rest easily on foot support (4). The patient can then be dried and wrapped in a bath towel. Warning: Patients
feet should never dangle for the risk of being caught
under legs on the Lift. Note: Wipe beneath Chair to
prevent water dripping on the floor.
12.If desired, engage one of the straight steering castor when transporting.

7 Rotate forward arm support (10) behind Chair Lift.
8 Roll the patient gently onto the bed.
9 Raise Chair seat, using ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising, clear of the bed mattress. Unlock wheel brakes
(5) and move Chair Lift away from bed. 10.Roll patient into a comfortable position in the bed. 11.Raise and lock bed guard rail on transfer side.
Reverse the procedure for transferring a patient out of bed.

Toilet Transfer using Chair Lift
The Chair Lift can be used for toiling patients to floor or wall
mounted toilets.
Wall Toilet
1 Lift the toilet seat and push the Chair straight to the toilet and the patient will be positioned normally over the bowl.
2 Lock the castor brakes (5) and lower the Chair, using the ”down” left arrow symbol (8) for lowering, to the toilet. Proceed as above.
Floor Toilet
1 Lift the toilet seat and push the Chair sideways up to the toilet with the Lifts legs straddling the bowl.
2 Lock the castor brakes (5) and lower the Chair, using the ”down” right arrow symbol (8) for lowering, to the toilet.
3 After toiling, raise the Chair, using the ”up” left arrow symbol (7) for raising, for easy access to the perineum area.
Showering Patient
Always physically ensure that the water temperature is OK before and during showering and that the thermoscopic mixer is functioning.
Place the Chair Lift over a floor drain, lock the castor brakes
(5) and shower the patient.
The hygiene seat (11) enables the patient to be washed in the perineum area.
WARNING: Never leave patient unattended.
After the patient is showered keep him/her warm wrapped in a bath towel.
Adjust the lift height to an ergonomically height and if de¬sired, activate the straight steering castor (6).

Patient Handling - Patient Transfer from Floor
Stretcher Lift
1 Raise both backrests (10) to full upright position by grasping the end supports (18) and lifting. To secure the full upright position, lift the support bar (14) on both backrests, raise the backrest (10) until the latch engages and then push the bar (14) down slightly to ensure engagement.
2 Lower Stretcher, using the ”down” left arrow symbol
(8) for lowering, to floor and raise stabilizing bar (17)
against attached protection pad (13). Lock Lifts castor brakes (5).
1 Lift patient onto Stretcher center section.
2 Lean patient against the protection pad (13) and se-cure patient with the chest safety belt (15).
3 Raise Stretcher, using the ”up” right arrow symbol (7) for raising slightly.
4 Lower the foot end backrest (10) to its lowest position (horizontal).
5 Pivot patients legs onto Stretcher on foot end, and fasten safety belt (15) around legs. Adjust chest safety belt if necessary.
6 Lower the stabilizing bar (17) into position and let him/
her firmly grasp it.
9. Raise Stretcher, using the “up” right arrow symbol foot
(7) for raising, to transport position.
10.Unlock castor brakes (5) and if desired, engage one of the straight steering castors (6).
11.Transfer the patient.
Chair Lift
The Chair Lift can always be lowered all the way to the
floor.
1. Lower Chair, using the ”down” left arrow symbol (8) for
lowering, to floor and lock castor brakes (5).

2 Secure safety belts (15) around patients chest and legs.
3 Raise chair slightly above footrest and pivot both arm-supports down into position.
4 Turn patient to rest on backsupport and firmly grasp the armsupport.

6 Unlock castor brakes (5) and if desired, engage one of the straight steering castors (6).
7 Transfer the patient.

TR 1650 Scale
This scale lets you maintain regular persons weight records with no increase in staff workload or time; no added stress or inconvenience for persons.
This accurate, easy-to-use scale gives you even greater productivity from your TR Transport Combi Lift System and the people who operate it.
TR´s unique TR 1650 Electronic scale
The scales clean stainless steel compact design integrates smoothly into the Lift support column, allowing Chair and Stretcher freely to be interchanged.
Large LCD numerals show person weight in either kilo-grams or pounds with an accuracy of /-0.2kgs or /-0.5 lbs.
The TR1650 with double load cells, holds the last weight reading in memory, where it can be recalled even after the person has left the Lift, allowing staff to record the persons weight at their convenience after bathing or toiling for example. Pushing the zero button resets the scale for another use.
A low battery indicator alerts the operator when it is time to change the ”C” batteries having an estimated lifetime of 12 months with normal use.
You do not have to calibrate the scale when you change from the chair to the stretcher and back. Make sure that the scale reads ”0” (zero) before you put the patient on the chairlift. If it doesn’t, press the ”on/zero” button and the display will show ”0”.
If you want to check the accuracy of the scale, then you have to have a test weight or an object that you already know the weight of. If it is at the facility and you do not
have a test weight you may find something, which is known
by weight of for example 50 lbs or 20 kg. Use this item to
confirm the scale reading. It should be very rare that you
need to calibrate the scale.
Calibration
A 20.0 kg weight is required when calibrating the scale in kilos. Change batteries if necessary.
1 Park the lift on a level surface with either the empty chair or stretcher attached.
2 Turn the scale on by pressing the ON/ZERO touch pad. Press the LB/KG to change the scale to show KG (if not already done).
3 Press and hold both the ON/ZERO and the LB/KG touch pads. After about 5 seconds the readout will show CAL. The scale is now in calibration mode.
4 Press the ON/ZERO touch pad and release. The scale will count down and show C20.
5 Put the 20.0 kilos weight on the chair or stretcher.
6 Press the ON/ZERO touch pad and release. The scale will count down and return to normal weighing mode and show 20.0 KG.
7 Unload the calibration weight and the calibration is now complete.
8 To control the scale put the calibration weight once more on the lift.

Safety and Control Instructions
If you have a question regarding the operation or mainte¬
nance of your Transport Combi Lift System and cannot find
the answer in this manual, please call us.
• Only qualified staff, who understand all operating and
safety procedures may operate the equipment.
• Always physically check water temperature before and during showering and that the thermoscopic mixer functions properly.
• Castor brakes must be securely locked on the Stretch¬er/Chair Lift before transferring patient.
• The patient must be situated comfortably on chair or stretcher, with SAFETY BELTS SECURELY ATTACHED. Safety belts must be maintained in good condition.
• Do not let the patient sit on the short ends on the stretcher.
• Never leave the patient unattended.
• Make sure that all parts that come in contact with the patient are intact and without sharp edges.
• Make sure the patients hands and feet are placed on the proper supports.
• Patients feet should not dangle for the risk of being caught under the legs on the Lift.
• To avoid pinching of arms or fingers during transfer,
make sure that the patients arms are crossed over
his/her body or are firmly grasped on the stabilizing
bar or the armsupport.
• Operate the Lift carefully when transporting patients through narrow corridors or over irregular surfaces.
• Wipe beneath Stretcher/Chair to prevent water drip¬ping on the floor.
• Equipment must be cleaned after each use.
• Avoid skin or eye contact with detergent, which is highly corrosive. If contact is made, rinse immediately with excess water. If irritation occurs, consult, a doctor. Always read and follow detergent supplier instructions.
• Never clean pad, mattress and pillow in gas steriliza¬tion unit.
• It is recommended that lifter batteries are charged daily or whenever lifter is not in use. Batteries can not be overcharged.
• A TR battery charger is the only one approved for charging the TR lift.
• Do not use battery charger in wet or damp areas - po¬tential shock hazard.
• Before you attempt to attach or remove Stretcher/ Chair, castor brakes must be securely locked.
• Stretchers, seats, mattresses, pads etc. must be kept in place, well maintained, and all screws should be tightened.
• Check that all braking attachments, casters and safety belts are in place and free from damages.
• Drive belt must be inspected visually for signs of wear. Lifter should not be used if defects are noted. Prompt service is required. If lift belt fails, the Stretcher /Chair will stop on column.
Warning: Do not use the Transport Combi Lift System in any way that varies from the safety precautions and operating procedures detailed in this manual.
The System must not be operated by anyone until the user has read and understands the instructions in this manual.

Routine Maintenance
The recommended frequency of these maintenance rou¬tine procedures will depend on how often the equipment is used.
It is good practice to establish these procedures and then adjust the frequency as your conditions indicate.
Daily Routine Maintenance
• Clean the Lift chair/stretcher, mattress and pillow after each use with mixed, nonabrasive type of deter¬gent, according to your detergent supplier instructions. Note: Do not use solvent based cleaning liquids, which can damage or stain the mattress pads and pillow.
• Use a sponge or brush, and remove any soap or lime deposits, and faeces promptly to avoid spots/stains. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
• Safety belts may be machine washed and dried. Velcro strips must be pressed together during washing and drying to preserve their gripping power.
• It is recommended that the lift batteries are charged daily or whenever Lift is not in use. Batteries can not be overcharged.
Warning: Never clean any parts in gas sterilization unit.
Weekly Maintenance
• Visually inspect the Lift Chair/Stretcher to make sure there are no nicks or cracks which can scratch the patient.
Monthly Maintenance
• Check that all screws and fastenings are tight.
• Check that the attachments for the TR 1650 scale are tight.
Annually Maintenance
• To keep the Lift running smoothly, we recommend you to keep the square column clean.
• Drive belt on the Lift column must be inspected visu¬ally for signs of wear.
• Lifts should not be used if defects are noted. Prompt service is required.
Autostop check-up
1 Check the autostop by lifting the chair / stretcher about 30 cm up on the column.
2 Let go, and push slightly and the chair / stretcher will lock on the column.
3 Belt will be slacking. Press the “up” right symbol to straighten the belt and release the autostop.
Batteries
When changing the lead batteries, deposit in accordance with local regulations.

Warranty
TR warrants that its products are free from defects in ma¬terials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
TR chair and stretcher pads and pillow shall be warranted for a period of six months from the date of delivery. The above warranty obligations shall be limited to delivery of defective returned parts.
TR warrants that service or repairs of products no longer in warranty will be performed in a workman like manner and warrants them for a period of 30 days, when performed by service personnel authorized by TR.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty or representa¬tion, expressed or implied.
Warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE are expressly excluded. TR will not be responsible for any expenses, inconvenience or incidental or consequential damages occasioned by the use, loss of use, or misuse of the products, or by the failure of the products to conform to the warranty set forth above.
This warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of mishandling, tampering, installation or use contrary to the applicable instruction materials, shipping damage, or repair performed by other than service personnel author¬ized by TR. Routine cleaning, adjustment, and normal cosmetic and mechanical wear are not covered by this warranty.

(8).
Sedište/nosila se podižu i spuštaju nežno sve dok su aktivirane nožne komande sa simbolom strelice i autopmatski se zaustavlja kada se otpusti nožna komanda.
Kada sedište ili nosila dostignu krajnju poziciju začuće se zvučni signall. Pritisnite nožnu komandu sa strelicom za dole za spuštanje.
Zaštita od preopterećenja
Nosivost dizalice 150kg / 330Lbs.
Strujna tabla je zaštićena od preopterećenja nosivosti. Ukoliko se dođe do preopterećenja, začuće se zvučni signal. Smanjite teret. Pritisnite nožnu komandu sa strelicom “dole” i spustite.
Automatski stop - mehanizam
Ukoliko sedište ili nosila naiđu na prepreku prilikom spuštanja, dizalica će se automatski zaustaviti.
Kako biste oslobodili diyalicu iz ove pozicije, samo pritisnite nožnu komandu ”gore” sa simbolom strelice (7).
Ukoliko pogonski kaiš za podizanje iz nekog razloga usporava, pritisnite ”gore” na desnom simbolu strelice (7).
Ukoliko pogonski kaiš popusti (19), sedište /nosila će se automatski zaustaviti/zaključati na stubu. Pozovite tehničku podršku.

Instrukcije za punjenje kombinovane dizalice
Dizalicu punite dnevno ili kada se oglasi zvučni signal za slabu bateriju dok pritiskate nožne komande.
• Koristite isključivo bateriju od 24 volt dc i model
punjača koji vam je isporučen od TR-a.
• Ubacite punjač baterija u bazu. Uverite se da je utikač u potpunosti ulegao na mesto. Ne povezujte punjač baterija u struju
pre nego što je povezan sa dizalicom.
• Tada ubacite punjač u struju.
• Kada je punjač za baterije ispravno povezan, indikator na punjaču će svetleti. Ukoliko ne zasvetli, ponovite postupak.
• Indikator će sijati žuto dok traje punjenje, a zeleno kad je dizalica spremna za upotrebu.
• Maksimalno vreme potrebno za punjenje je 8 sati. Dizalica nikad ne može da se prepuni.
• Kada se punjenje završi, isključite punjač za baterije iz struje pre nego što ga otkačite iz dizalice.
• Ravan osigurač (15A) je povezan između baterija ispod poklopca
• Stop dugme u slučaju opasnosti.

Nameštanje i skidanje sedišta i nosila
Nikakav alat nije neophodan za otklanjanje ili zamenu sedišta ili nosila. Morate skinuti zaštitni poklopac (13) i otpustiti crni točak za podešavanje (2) koji je smešten na potpornom stubu. Tada zaljuljajte sedište ili nosila napred i gore kako biste ih otkačili sa potpornog stuba (1).
Kako biste prikačili sedište/nosila na dizalicu, namestite čiodicu sedišta/nosila u rupu na potpornom stubu (1).
Spustite sedište/nosila dok se čioda ne uklopi u rupu nosača, i ponovo pozicionirajte točak, kao i zaštitni poklopac (13).
Upozorenje: Pre nego što pokušate da zamenite ili skinete sedište/nosila, točkići sa kočnicama (5) moraju biti zaključani, a stub u nižoj poziciji.
Točkići sa kočnicom
Parkirajte dizalicu u stabilnu poziciju kao što je prikazano na slici. Kako biste zaključali pozitivne kočnice na dva točkića (5), pritisnite dole do kraja na svakoj crvenoj kočionoj poluzi dok ne klikne u poziciju u kojoj se kočnice zaključavaju.
Za otpuštanje, nagazite na podignut deo crvene poluge. Za povećanje stabilnosti kočnica takođe zaključajte dva siva točkića za pravo upravljanje.
Točkići za pravo upravljanje
Točkići sa strane kreveta (6) mogu da se zaključaju za pravo upravljanje. Zaključajte pravo upravljanje na “prednjem” točkiću koji stoji u liniji sa pravcem u koji vršite prebacivanje.
Za zaključavanje pravog upravljanja, pritisnite dole sivu polugu za zaključavanje na točkiću sve dok ne klikne u pravu poziciju.

Sedište sa naslonom za leđa
Za veću mnogostranost u transferu pacijenta, pacijenti mogu biti okrenuti u bilo kom smeru sedišta. Jednostavno prebacite dršku za naslon za leđa (14) iz jedne rotacione ručke za pridržavanje (10) u drugu.
Sedište ima zaštitni poklopac (13) koji se privremeno može koristiti kao naslon za leđa i omogućava da se pacijent s lakoćom pozicionira za prebacivanje.
Nosila sa naslonom za leđa
Za veću mnogostranost u transferu pacijenta, pacijenti mogu biti okrenuti u bilo kom smeru nosila. Jednostavno prebacite jastuk za glavu (16) s jednog kraja na drugi i primetićete da prikačeni naslon za leđa (10) funkcioniše na oba kraja nosila.
Podignite naslon za leđa (10) podižući krajnju potporu (18) lagano i podignite potpornu prečku (14). Potporna prečka (14) se automatski zaključava u bilo koju ugaonu poziciju. Iz horizontalnog položaja, najpre podignite potpornu prečku (14) prilikom podizanja.
Spustite naslon za leđa (10) lagano podižući krajnju potporu (18), potpornu prečku, takođe, (14) i spustite krajnju potporu u željenu poziciju.
Važno. Uverite se da je potporna prečka (14) u potpunosti funkcionalna u svakoj poziciji.
Sigurnosni pojasevi
Kada se pacijent smesti na dizalicu sa nosilima, prinesite dva podesiva sigurnosna pojasa (15) i prebacite ih preko grudi i nogu pacijenta. Podesite sigurnosne pojaseve (15) i uverite se da je pacijentu udobno i da je zaštićen, zatim zategnite i zakačite sigurnosne pojaseve.
Kada se pacijent smesti na dizalicu sa sedištem, prinesite podesive sigurnosne pojaseve (15) i prebacite ih preko grudi i nogu pacijenta. Provucite krajeve pojaseva (15) kroz smernice na sedištu. Podesite sigurnosne pojaseve (15) tako da je pacijentu udobno i da je zaštićen, zatim zategnite i zakačite sigurnosne pojaseve.

Čišćenje dizalice
Sedište
Sedište se čisti na sličan način kao i nosila. Za temeljno čišćenje, skinite zaštitni poklopac (13), ručku za naslon za leđa (14) i stavite ih u kadu. Sedište postavite preko kade i nasprejišite sredtvom za čišćenje kade. Isperite delove temeljno čistom vodom nakon čišćenja.
Obrišite krpom dizalicu da voda ne bi kapljala po podu.
Nosila
Nosila imaju delove na sklapanje (11). Jastuče za glavu (16),spravljeno od PVC-a, je zaštićeno od vlage i može se uredno prati i čistiti.
Za temeljno čišćenje, skinite nastavke nosila (11) tako što ćete ih izvlačiti sa nosila prema gore (18). Položite nosila preko kade i nasprejišite sredstvom za čišćenje kade. Stavite jastuče za glavu (16) i nastavke (11) u kadu i očistite ih. Ispreite nosila, jastuče i nastavke temeljno svežom vodom nakon čišćenja.
Obrišite krpom dizalicu da voda ne bi kapljala po podu.
Upozorenje: Nikada ne čistite nastavke nosila (11) i/ili jastuče (16) u jedinici za sterilizaciju gasom.
Sigurnosni pojasevi se mogu prati ili sušiti u mašini.

Postupanje s pacijentom – Procedure za dizalicu sa nosilima
Prebacivanje pacijenta na nosila
Kako bi se osigurala sigurnost, prebacivanje pacijenata na nosila dizalice će se odvijati po specijalnim preporučenim procedurama.
Napomena: Za sledeće sprecijalne procedure transfer na dizalicu sa nosilima, pacijenti mogu biti namešteni na sedištu tako d aim leđa budu naslonjena na zaštitni poklopac dizalice (13).
Dizalica sa nosilima uvek može da se spusti do kraja za podizanje nogu.
Upozorenje: Sigurnosni pojasevi se moraju dobro zakačiti oko pacijenta pri svakom transferu.
1. Zaključajte kočnice na točkićima.
2. Podesite naslon za leđa (10) zbog udobnosti pacijenta.
3. Udobno smestite pacijenta na nosilima.
4. Podesite sigurnosne pojaseve na grudima i nogama pacijenta, zategnite ih i zakačite (15).
5. Podesite nosila za udoban transport koristeći desni simbol strelice ”gore” (7) za podizanje i
(8) ”dole” levi simbol strelice (8) za spuštanje.
6. Dozvolite pacijentu da se čvrsto uhvati za stabilizacionu prečku (17) zbog dodatne sigurnosti i podrške u transferu.
7. Otključajte kočnice na točkićima (5) i po želji uključite u rad i točkove za pravo upravljanje (6) prilikom transportovanja.
8. Prilikom transportovanja pacijenta na nosilima, gurajte dizalicu jednom rukom na ručki za transport (3), a drugom rukom na krajnjim podupiračima nosila (18), iza pacijenta.

Transfer pacijenta: iz invalidskih kolica na nosila dizalice
Možete podići ili spustiti nosila dizalice tako da odgovaraju visini invalidskih kolica i time olakšati transfer pacijentima koji koriste invalidska kolica.
1. Zaključajte kočnice točkića dizalice (5) i podignite naslon za leđa (10) do uspravne pozicije.
2. Pozicionirajte invalidska kolica pored nosila i zaključajte kočnice na invalidskim kolicima.

Transfer pacijenta: sa nosila dizalice u kadu
Pri kupanju, pacijent mora da ostane na nosilima dizalice sa sigurnosnim pojasevima (15) koji su provereno zategnuti i zakačeni. Naslon za leđa (10) mora biti u potpuno uspravnom položaju kada se nosila spuste u kadu.
Upozorenje: Nikada ne ostavljajte pacijenta bez nadzora.
1. Koristite drške za prenos (3) kako biste dizalicu namestili direktno pored prethodno napunjene kade.

Napomena: Za sledeće specijalne procedure prebacivanja uz pomoć dizalice sa sedištem, pacijenti mogu da se smeste na sedište tako d aim zaštitni poklopac dizalice (13) posluži kao naslon za leđa. Dizalica sa sedištem se može spustiti do poda.

• Uvek se fizički uverite da li je temperature vode odgovarajuća za kupanje pre i tokom tuširanja pacijenta id a li termoskopski mikser funkcioniše ispravno.
• Kočnice na točkićima se moraju zaključavati radi sigurnosti pre transfera pacijenta bilo da je reč o nosilima ili dizalici sa sedištem.
• Pacijent se mora udobno smestiti na sedište ili nosila, sa PRIKAČENIM SIGURNOSNIM POJASEVIMA. Sigurnosni pojasevi se moraju održavati u dobrom stanju.
• Ne smete da dozvolite da pacijent sedi na ivicama nosila.
• Nikada ne ostavljajte pacijenta bez nadzora.
• Uverite se das u svi delovi koji dolaze u dodir s pacijentom čitavi i da nemaju oštre ivice.
• Uverite se das u noge i ruke pacijenta smešteni na podupirače.
• Upozorenje: Stopala pacijenta nikad ne treba da budu izložena riziku da se potkače ispod nogu na dizalici.
• Da biste izbegli da se prilikom transfer prsti ili ruke pacijenta priklješte, uverite se das u njegove/njene ruke prekrštene preko tela ili da se čvrsto drže za stabilizacionu prečku ili podupirač za ruke.
• Oprema se mora očistiti nakon svake upotrebe.
• Izbegavajte kontakt deterdženta sa kožom ili očima, koji je visokokorozivan. Ukoliko dođe do kontakta, smesta isperite vodom. Ukoliko se pojavi iritacija, obratite se doktoru. Uvek pročitajte uputstva za deterdžent dostavljena od dobavljača.
• Nikada ne čistite postolje, dušek i jastuče u jedinici za sterilizaciju gasom.
• Preporučljivo je proveriti baterije dizalice svaki dan pre upotrebe, bez obzira da li se dizalica koristi ili ne. Baterije se ne mogu prepuniti.
• TR punjač za baterije je jedini ovlašćen za punjenje TR dizalice.
• Ne koristite punjač za baterije u mokrim ili vlažnim uslovima-preti opasnost od strujnog udara.
• Pre nego što pokušate da zakačite nosila/sedište, kočnice na točkićima moraju biti zaključane.
• Nosila, sedišta, dušeci, postolja itd. moraju da se čuvaju na mestu, da se dobro čuvaju is vi šrafovi moraju biti dobro zategnuti.
• Proverite da li su svi kočioni dodaci, točkovi i sigurnosni pojasevi na mestu i bez oštećenja.
• Pogonski kaiš se mora pregledati od znakova istrošenosti. Dizalica se ne sme koristiti ukoliko su primećeni kvarovi. Pozovite servis ako je potrebno. Ukoliko popusti kaiš, nosila/sedište će se zaustaviti na stubu.
Upozorenje: Ne koristite Transport Combi Lift System ni u kom slučaju koji odstupa od predostrožnosti i procedura upravljanja, detaljno opisanih u ovom priručniku.
Sistemom ne sme upravljati niko dok korisnici ne pročitaju i razumeju uputstva iz ovog priručnika.
• Upravljajte dizalicom pažljivo pri transportovanju pacijenata kroz uske hodnike ili neregularnih površina.
• Prebrišite krpicom ispod nosila/sedišta da biste sprečili kapljanje vode na pod.

Rutinsko održavanje
Preporučljiva učestalost ovih stavki u održavanju rutinskih procedura zavisiće od toga koliko često se koristi dizalica.
Poželjno je u praksi sprovesti ove procedure i podešavati učestalost prema indikacijama uslova.
Dnevno rutinsko održavanje
• Čistiti dizalicu sa sedištem/ nosilima, dušek i jastuk posle svake upotrebe mešovitim, neabrazivnim tipom deterdženta prema uputstvima vašeg dobavlajča. Napomena: Ne koristite sredstva za čišćenje, koja mogu da izazovu oštećenja ili fleke na delovima dušeka ili na jastuku.
• Koristite sunđer ili četku da otklonite sapunicu i izbegavajte da ostavljate fleke. Ispirajte temeljno čistom vodom.
• Sigurnosni pojasevi se mogu prati i sušiti u mašini za veš.
• Preporučljivo je da se baterije pune svaki dan, bez obzira na to da li će se dizalica staviti u upotrbu tog dana ili ne. Baterije se ne mogu prepuniti.
Godišnje održavanje
• Odokativno ispitajte dizalicu sa sedištem/nosilima da biste se uverili da nema ispupčenja ili pukotina koje mogu da naude pacijentu prilikom korišćenja.
Provera automatskog stop-mehanizma
• Da bi dizalica radila glatko, preporučujemo da stub oždizalice odrđavate čistim.
• Pogonski kaiš na stubu dizalice se mora odokativno ispitati od znakova istrošenosti.
• Dizalice se ne smeju koristiti ukoliko su primećeni kvarovi. Obavezan je servis.
1 Proverite autostop podizanjem sedišta/nosila na visinu od oko 30 cm na stubu.
2 Pustite i lagano pogurajte i sedište/nosila će se zaključati na stubu.
3 Kaiš će se zaustaviti. Pritisnite “gore” desni simbol strelice da ispravite kaiš i pustite autostop.
Upozorenje: Nikada ne čistite delove dizalice u jedinici za sterilizaciju gasom
Nedeljno održavanje
• Proverite da li su svi šrafovi zategnuti i čvrsto zakačeni.
• Proverite da li je TR 1650 vaga zategnuta za stub.
Mesečno održavanje
Baterije
Kada menjate olovne baterije, odlaganje se vrši u skladu sa lokalnim propisima.

Garancija, CE znak i tehničke specifikacije dizalice
Garancija
TR garantuje da je ovaj proizvod bez oštećenja u materijau i izradi za period od jedne godine od datuma isporuke.
TR sedište i nosila, kao i jastuk, pod garancijom su šest meseci od datuma isporuke. Gore pomenuti garantni uslovi biće ograničeni isporukom defektivnih delova koji su vraćeni.
TR garantuje da servis ili popravke proizvoda koji više nisu pod garancijom izvodiće se kako dolikuje i za njih će garantovati još 30 dana, nakon obavljenog servisa od strane osoblja autorizovanog od TR-a.
Ovaj garantni list je u skladu sa svakom drugom garancijom.
TR neće odgovarati za troškove, neprijatnoszi ili incidentna ili posledična oštećenja izazvana upotrebom, pogrešnom upotrebom ili zloupotrebom proizvoda.
Ova garancija prestaje da važi ukoliko proizvod pokaže znake nestručne upotrebe, instalacije ili upotrebe protivne priloženim instrukcionim materijalima, oštećenja pri isporuci ili popravke od strane servisa koji nije autorizovan od strane TR. Rutinsko čišćenje, oprema, normalna sredstva za čišćenje i mehanička istrošenost nisu pokriveni ovom garancijom.
TR zadžava svako pravo da napravi izmene u dizajnu i/ili poboljšanja bez prethodnog obaveštenja.
