Cursor is suddenly overwriting existing text in target segment

When I put the cursor in the middle of a target segment because I want to insert a word, it is suddenly overwriting what's there from the point at which I place the cursor. Maybe I toggled something on my keyboard by mistake. It's not happening in other programmes e.g. Word, so it seems like a memoq setting. Any ideas?

What's the Insert/Overwrite status shown in the status bar? Jul 20, 2022

Do you see "Ovr" in the status bar of your translation grid? Then it is as simple as pressing your Insert key on the keyboard to toggle into Inserting. As simple as that!
