Cred ca fraza ar fi : O cheie fixa-inelara cu un capat hexagonal si unul deschis.
Din moment ce se specifica mai departe ce fel de capete are cheia, cred ca se poate folosi si "cheie fixa", asa cum spune si dl. Ion.
