Hi. I'm posting this as it includes one of my pet hate words in translation (desarrollo; and then there's "tramite" and "gestionar", to name two others), and looking for ideas for a less literal translation
Para otros eventos:
la identificación de los participantes o contendientes, datos climatológicos, **circunstancias de desarrollo** y cualesquiera otros que pudieran influir en el resultado del evento o en los hechos o circunstancias sobre los que recaigan los pronósticos, sobre las circunstancias que puedan establecerse a priori y que, en caso de suceder, originarán las suspensión del evento y la anulación de las apuestas, esto sin perjuicio de la suspensión originada por causas imprevistas o imprevisibles que puedan ocurrir

I agree 'desarrollo' is a tricky one! I'm still not 100% sold on 'execution' or 'implementation'. May be more inspired later :)
