neutral Odile Raymond : En France, on parle plutôt de "bande organisée" (tentative de vol en bande organisée) ou "d'association de malfaiteurs". www.ca-lyon.justice.fr/index.php?option=com_content...id... Quand il s'agit de définir le délit, on parle de "détention" d'armes.
