What is clear from these further readings is that the concern I had, given the little context available, about a potentially ambiguous rendering of 浸潤 (i.e. whether blasts are infiltrating/invading or being permeated) was unnecessary. 浸潤 definitely makes best sense as an active verbal noun, as both you and Cinefil concluded.
As to making a choice between the two offerings, IMHO, each can suit depending on the stage of leukemia at which the biopsy is tested: 'infiltration' for an early stage test result, 'invasion' for an advanced stage test result; but thanks for those links, David. Cheers.

Is 没潤/浸潤 seen from the active/passive side? Can your context clarify this aspect of the reference?
The contexts supplied for 'invasion' seem to present the process from the active/ aggressive angle.
'Infiltration' can work both ways and so carries an element of fuzziness. Definite clarity would be preferable if we possibly can.
If your context allows the passive view where those precursor or blast cells are the subject of this 浸潤 process, then you might like to consider this term frequently used in the literature, in this case: permeation.
'permeability' appears to be far more frequently used in those discussions, and does not carry the ambiguity that 'permeation' still does depending on how it is used in the sentence.

I think this should be "浸潤" (しんじゅん) and "芽球の浸潤" means "infiltration of blasts". It's hard to say more without context.
