Registry of Insolvency Resolutions

RR.CC. here means resoluciones concursales:

http://www.grupoortizproperties.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/... (p. 15, near foot).

Here is Art. 61 bis:

For "resoluciones concursales" we had "bankruptcy resolutions" proposed in a previous question:
https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish_to_english/law_general/16...

But I think "insolvency" is a better word to use:

"the Pre-insolvency Status Request will be published in the Spanish Public Registry of Insolvency Resolutions (Registro Público Concursal), save if otherwise expressly requested by the debtor."
https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=3778f506-ff7b...

"In fact, the Spanish Public Registry of Insolvency Resolutions has existed since 2005; however, the information it offered was only partial and contained deficiencies."

Robert is quite correct: "Resolutions" is the wrong word here. It means judicial rulings or judgments in cases of insolvency.

While we're at it, although "Registry" is right for the US, I think it should be "Register" in UK English. (In UK English a Registry is a place; in UK English it's both a register and the place it's kept.)

So for what I've put in the answer box, please read "Register of Insolvency Judgments", assuming this is for the UK. Sorry about that; I was concentrating on identifying the abbreviation and didn't take enough care over the translation.

agree philgoddard : Your first reference was enough for me :-)

Thanks, Phil :) I still have to master the art of brevity.
neutral Robert Carter : I'd agree, but "resolutions" doesn't sound right to me, aren't these "resoluciones" issued by the courts? Wouldn't they be decisions/rulings/judgments instead?

You're right: resolutions is the wrong word. I took my eye off the ball there. Rulings or judgments, as you say. It does mean judicial "resoluciones".
agree jackstraw : I agree with "judgments"

Thanks! I think that's the best choice.

Central Register [of disqualified persons] of the College of Registrars

Referring to the cited article 61b it states:
I don't know if this matches the context of the document but you presumably will.
