Or perhaps "title deeds" or "deeds of title". The reference below indicates that it refers to "escrituras", though in the case of shares the "títulos de propiedad" might be the share certificates, I would have thought. I'm not completely sure about that, which is why I've suggested a fairly neutral expression.
But the obscure part here is "rebaje", which I for one would never have guessed. It's explained here:
"Los Vendedores entregan al Comprador en unidad de acto con respecto al otorgamiento de la presente Escritura de Compraventa:
(i) Originales (copia autorizada) de las escrituras de las que se derive la
titularidad de los Vendedores sobre las Acciones al objeto de que el Notario anote en las mismas una referencia a la venta de las mismas al Comprador
(rebaje de títulos)."

The same term is used in property sales; the title deeds must be shown, and the notary makes a note of the sale on them, this is called "rebaje":
"Y, en tercer lugar, una vez formalizada la nueva operación con base en el título anterior, el notario debe anotar en aquél la operación realizada, lo que se conoce usualmente como "rebaje"."

I'm not sure which would be the best way to express it; perhaps "record the sale". But "make a note" is effectively the meaning.

: Ah, so it's a notary's term of art. Can't find many references myself, other than these, but good work. There's probably a proper word for it in English too, but this'll do. Definitely not "deeds" for US English, though, if they relate to shares.
