This is from a letter regarding approval for an amendment to a pharmaceutical trial ethics Investigator Brochure. I'm unsure what the term 'INT-4' means - the heading is simply Enmienda 4 al Protocolo' but later in the document refers to 'INT-4'. Anyone help out with what the 'INT' means please? Thank you!

I'd leave it as is. It may be an internal code, possibly meaning International or Internal.

: No es una opción. 'Enmienda' quiere decir 'amendment.' No es lo mismo que 'addendum'. Cuando se trata de protocolos de investigación que se revisan por los comités de ética, se habla de 'amendments'.
