Benefits (for asylum seeker)
Hi,
Does anyone know of a link to the English translation of the German Asylum Seekers Benefits Act? I am translating a document setting out the reasons an asylum seeker has had his/her application for asylum in Germany rejected. He/she is subject to deportation, but - it seems - does qualify for benefits in line with Section 1 Paragraph 1 and sub-section 5 nonetheless .. ?
As always, any help gratefully received!
Kind regards,
Alison.

Surprising that it is not in English on this website (see first link)
The site on the second link has a link to it but it explicitly says it is only in German.

: that's why you should leave and put a translation in parentheses (brackets in US)
