German to English Law/Patents Law (general) Benefits (for asylum seeker)
Hi,

Does anyone know of a link to the English translation of the German Asylum Seekers Benefits Act? I am translating a document setting out the reasons an asylum seeker has had his/her application for asylum in Germany rejected. He/she is subject to deportation, but - it seems - does qualify for benefits in line with Section 1 Paragraph 1 and sub-section 5 nonetheless .. ?

You seem to be asking 'is this person entitled to benefit', which we obviously can't tell you without seeing the document. If there's part of it that you don't understand, why not close this question and post another one with the relevant bit?

Alison "answer questions" is dedicated to translations and not to an interpretation. You should post your question in a forum. The full text (in German) is available on the Net and you can go to Section 1.

Thanks for the posts, I've already visited this site. However, it doesn't shed any light on the benefits the applicant is still entitled to, despite having to leave the country as not entitled to remain..
