WITNESSES AND IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND DECLARED as follows:-
1. The Principal's Obligations
(1) This Guarantee is executed by the Guarantor in consideration of the Bank making or for so long as it shall think fit continuing or giving advances or other banking facilities, time, credit or accommodation to the following company (hereinafter referred to as the "Principal"), namely:

(2) In this Guarantee the expression the "Principal's Obligations" means all monies which now are or hereafter may be or become due or owing by the Principal to the Bank on any current or other account and all other liabilities, actual or contingent, now existing or hereafter incurred, due or owing by the Principal to the Bank (whether in either case due, owing or incurred by the Principal alone or jointly with any other person(s) and in whatever name, firm or style) in each case under all or any part of Guarantee facility dated 123-1... (including, for 'ho avoidance of doubt, the accompanying Lease and Promise to Purchase) together with commission and other banking charges and legal, administrative and other actual costs, charges and expenses incurred by the Bank in relation to this Guarantee or in enforcing the security hereby created on a full and unqualified indemnity basis.
