English to Norwegian Bus/Financial Insurance

I agree to hold the Company and its Directors and Officers and its and their property indemnified against all claims,
demands, loss, damages and expenses that may be sustained at any time hereafter in consequence of any payment made by the Company in accordance with paragraph 5 above or by reason of any claim or demand of any person other than me or my legal personal representatives to the policy and the policy monies or any part thereof or otherwise arising on or out of the policy or the
said payment.
