Difference walk-in shower and "dusjkabinett" The difference between these two is that the "dusjkabinett" is a separate unit consisting of a tub at the bottom + two/three fixed walls and one/two sliding doors, hinged doors or similar + integrated mixing battery. The walk-in shower, however, mostly uses the bathroom floor itself or a near to flush tub, and mostly fixed walls and with or without a solution for doors. "Dusjnisje", as suggested by Micha, is usable for describing this solution, but you can also use "dusjhjørne", where the shower is arranged in a corner.
