Acceleration
On and at any time after the occurrence of an EIB Event of Default which is continuing or any other Event of Default which is continuing, the Bank may by notice to the Borrower (subject to and in accordance with the CTA and the lntercreditor Deed):
a) cancel all or part of the Credit at which time it shall immediately be cancelled;
(b) declare that all or part of the Tranches, together with accrued interest, and all other
amounts accrued or outstanding under this Contract be immediately due and payable,
at which time they shall become immediately due and payable;
