Продолжение A pressure regulator with gauge (48), a pressure-vacuum gauge (49) and a pressure relief valve (50) are furnished with the seal. Connect the pressure regulator (48) to one G 1/4” port. To the second G 1/4” port, connect a short pipe and a tee fitting. To one leg of the tee, connect the pressure-vacuum gauge (49). To the other leg of the tee, temporarily fit a pipe plug. You will later remove the plug and connect the pressure relief valve (50).

To the bottom port, connect a short tube which drops vertically at an accessible location beneath the seal. Terminate the tube in a ball valve, to allow inspection inside the seal cavity. Fit a plug in the outlet of the valve, to prevent inadvertent opening. Periodically inspecting the seal cavity by opening the ball valve and blowing the tube free of product with the seal's nitrogen supply will maintain seal runout capabilities.

Three pipe ports are fitted in each housing. The upper two, G 1/4” ports are for nitrogen inlet and pressure gauge, respectively; the bottom, G 1/2” port is an inspection port. Recommended tubing size for the nitrogen and pressure gauge ports is 12mm or ½”; the minimum size is 10mm or ⅜” and the number of elbows should be minimized.

Я не знаю Вашей конструкции. Только "off" - это точно не "on". Предлагаю дать больше исходной информации или, если таковой нет, запросить уточнения у заказчика.

Если шаровой кран ставят, что прогнать через уплотнения какую-то жидкость, то, конечно, его нужно устанавливать не на нижней трубе.
