Should Ernst Young’s assumptions with respect to these matters be incorrect or should the degree of cooperation, or other matters beyond the Consultant’s reasonable control require additional commitments by us beyond those upon which Ernst Young ’s estimated fees are based, the Consultant may adjust their planned completion dates and accordingly their fees after reaching a mutual agreement with the Client.
