передать права оспаривания
поскольку в тексте говорится о "relevant rights against the carrier", я бы перевела это как "права оспаривания". Т.е. компания не передаёт все права по договору а только те , которые относятся к конкретной ситуации, которая оспаривается с превозчиком.
