normally CCs are the cubic centimeters of an engine, and some chinese motorcycles (very low-power) have indeed only 19 cc

CA (and other states) titles arent that simple to translate and it takes time to look up each term, some are guessable based on the answer, but don't guess too much. You are better off leaving them in their original form, cuz for some of them it s impossible to find an explanation...good luck
