a client has asked which is the most accurate term from the 3 following possibilities:
oligoelement, dietary mineral, micronutrient;

and also which is the most commonly used in the cosmetics industry.

yes, I think micronutrient would be best...... it gives the idea of something that nourishes the skin.

agree Assiolo : In genere in chimica si dice "trace element". In biochimica si usa anche il termine "micronutrient".
