Grazie lo stesso, Sene! Credo che in questo contesto, rispetto agli elettricisti ed i macchinari, si tratta di una specie di "kit," come lo chiamano a Los Angeles, che sarebbero l'insieme delle loro attrezzature, ma non ne sono del tutto sicuro.

Probably not a camera Because this refers to electricians and grips, I doubt this means 'Balilla' as Sele has posted; they don't have anything to do with the camera, really. So it must mean something else. Not sure what.

"Balilla" was the Italian way to call Baldur Zeiss camera, so I suppose the term doen't have to be translated. Check on:

The assuption is: if Balilla, as A&C noted, must not be translated when referred to the car or to Fascism and it's not translated when referred to the camera, I suppose that it's the only way you have to translate the world.
