La pasta è realizzata con uova fresche da allevamenti a terra e il ripieno è privo di sale, aromi e altri additivi.
This is apparently different from "free range", which, if I understand correctly, is "allevamento all'aperto", and is different also from "allevamento a gabbia"; apparently these are the 3 main systems of raising chickens. No hits for "ground raised chickens".
Thanks,
Peter

(from) barn-raised chickens
VMeneghin's suggestion is technically correct but, I think, not appropriate for the message that the Italian text is trying to communicate. The expression "barn-raised" is widely used in English because the word "barn" has cuddly, "family farm" associations. Alas, the reality of "barn feeding" is this:

: I can see your point...my answer was dictated by my concern for the chickens, more than the need to be delicate with the customers!/maybe we should just start buying them from real farms!

I know. I'm about to eat an egg in a salad and I'm going to feel guilty. Last Saturday I hiked for miles in the country to a farm I know, where they sell fresh eggs. But when I got there the eggs had all gone :( :( :(

: barn eggs - not the sort of added description you'd think they'd want to put on the pack, unless they're being extremely cynical and relying on It. consumer ignorance...//Oh...

yes, they are being extremely cynical and relying on it- but I see the asker has already chosen "high-density floor confinement". That will certainly put people off :)
