The text is a description of a dead queen's court robes, among which is a lace veil described as being partly "ad ago" and partly "a fuselli".

It means sewing or embroidery.

Needlepoint is an embroidery technique. We are speaking of lace making here and two methods have been give - pizzo ad ago and pizzo a fuselli.
Sometime people do say needlepoint lace but I feel that is misleading.
