Thank you for that very useful information Yasu San!

nekonote May 31, 2011:
I am not too sure about 分割・2回 part. 2回 is already 分割, then why they need to specify only 2回分割? And, payment from bonus cheque also could be 2回. There are many possible ways of understanding the contents. I think you should confirm before deciding depending on assumption. Is it possible to combine all the payment methods, or are they alternatives? Is it possible to use 1st and 2nd options together? There are several possibilities seen from different angle and wihout bias.
Sorry I couldn't help you much.
Good luck ;)

Aggree with Yasu's Correction Although I haven't seen the 原稿, it looks to me that they are describing the various payment options available.
Yasu Hosomatsu May 28, 2011:
Correction to my earlier discussion 分割・2回・ボーナスmay indicate that these are alternative payment schemes. Namely, the consumer may elect to pay in installment (分割), or in two payments (2回), or pay (in full) from his bonus check (ボーナス)。
Yasu Hosomatsu May 28, 2011:
Credit card payment system in Japan Revolving balance payment ("standard" payment method for USA credit card users)
分割:Install payment
Two payments from bonus paychecks (since Japanese workers get twice-a-year generous bonus pay checks in addition to monthly paychecks, it is common for Japanese consumers to use bonus check to pay for a large expense item)

Let me correct my answer this way: (funds available for) installment (payments)

"内分割・2回・ボーナス" may mean payments are going to be made in three installments: e.g. two installments of $500 and one of $1,000, if $2,000 was withdrawn.

installment payment with fixed mount

「内」means nothing but 'possible categories within the table'. As a heading, you should ignore it if you want it natural/normal way.

Under the [your] Card Limit Details table, heading is divided in 2 categories:

1. Installment (payment) with fixed amount/charge; and
2. 2 payments by installment and payment at bonus season

Does it mean 2 times division of bonus season?
I disagree... I am not sure about the headlines before 2 categories shown above, so I used your words as they were, but this means that amongst various ways of payments, you can have only 2 possible ways and "the second one is installment of twice (payments) and some amount when it is your bonus season".
