Japanese to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
From an agreement on the terms of use of financial analysis information, which is provided by "Company A" to "Users".

The Koujien says 「もつれた議論」for 紛議, and I found one place on the Internet that gave "dissension" as a translation for 紛議, but that doesn't really make sense in this context.

Does anyone have a good translation for this phrase?

Thanks.
