"medical department" should be used for "診療科目", but, in this case, just "each department" will be enough for "診療科目別" since "medical" will be included in the translation of "診療メニュー". It seems that some (Japanese) governments use "medical department" for "診療科目".

: "Speciality services" are often listed in U.S. hospitals. "Clinics" is used at 九大病院。"Department" is used in a broader sense at several Japanese hospitals. "Speciality clinic(s)" might be an alternative.
