Japanese term

確定測量図

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Real Estate Real Estate Sales Contract
This term is from a real esate sales contract (不動産売買契約書). The general definition is:

確定測量図とは、全ての隣地所有者の立会を得て境界確定されたもの(官有地に接する場合は、官民査定手続も経たもの)をいう

I am not sure what the most common English translation of this type of survey would be. Is it simply "Final Survey"? I have also heard the term "conclusion survey" used, but I am not sure as to the nuance or if it was just perhaps a word-for-word translation.

publicly-approved survey drawing

Hi dosanko-san, 北海道ですね。ラーメンが恋しい。

I'm not sure there is a standard or common English phrase to indicate this type of survey drawing. As far as I know, in the US, surveys are done by approved surveyors, and the land owner/would-be owner and their neighbors are neither asked be present a the time of survey or to be signed on the drawing, unless, I guess, maybe there is a court order or something like that (when the property lines have to be established and agreed upon to resolve a dispute, maybe?). In other contries, this type of land survey might be common or mandatory, though.

So, if there is no 定訳 available, here is my suggestion. As long as a clear description follows, (A survey drawing which includes the established property lines, survey are conducted in the presence of ... etc), I think you are safe.

Other candidates are final, finalized, defined, etc.

FYI, here is a page from professional surveyors. Also, real estate laywers talk a lot about survey drawings!

This seems to be the term used in the UK. For a website that includes some images, please refer to the second website below.
Note from asker:
Thanks and sorry for the late reply! I chose the other as this will not be specific to the UK market and want to be as literal as possible. But very helpful suggestion.
