agree Charles Ek : I don't like it but I can live with what Skatteetaten wants to use. See also the relevant portion of ligningsloven at http://www.lovdata.no/all/tl-19800613-024-009.html. (In the U.S., the IRS calls this a "change" to a tax return.)

agree lingo_montreal : At first I thought it read "flagging of (tax returns)", but I think you are correct here: deviation from the regular manner of completing the form.
