Hei! Has anyone heard of this term? I can't seem to find it in any references, even online Norwegian ones, I suspect it may be misspelled.
It's regarding a patient trying to get their medication subsidised with "blå resept", if this helps.
Any and all help greatly appreciated, as always!
Mvh
Alison.

I imagine the patient is appealing the decision not to give them or renew their "blå resept"

Norwegian term (edited):
anke/runder
rights appeal stages (avenues of a patient's complaint)
Needs parsing into anke/runder, rather than anker/under, namely under a ship's or speed-boat's anchor.
Middling confidence level to leave eodd's answer on a 'higher echelon', though the second weblink does refer to a 'rights appeal' - quaere / query: an appeal as of right.

Example sentence:
Man må belage seg på at dette kommer til å ta tid – både i kommisjonen, i domstolene og i eventuelle ankerunder.
If your treatment provider has refused to provide you with something you have requested or reached a decision that you disagree with, you can submit a rights appeal.
