Reading the first ref., you would think that the Seamen's Act was the translation, but this is not correct. Read it and see if you interpret it differently. I found only one - unofficial - translation. Why on earth is such an apparently important document so difficult to track down? Maybe it's been superseded by new legislation? Sjøfartsdirektoratet's website was no help, either.
