Da objasnim šta sam mislila: svaki program je osmišljen, kakav god bio, dobar ili loš. Ne postoji program koji nije osmišljen. :-)
To je slično kao kad kažemo "kvalitetan" a misli se na dobar, visoki kvalitet, tj. high-quality - ako bismo rekli samo "quality" to ne bi baš mnogo govorilo engl. čitaocu.
