Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Apostille (Document Legalisation)

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help with this. I am translating the Apostille of a Criminal Record Certificate. It appears in the Title "This public document has been signed by" of an Apostille from Spain.

I know what they are and I have found information about them. The only thing is I haven't managed to find a good translation for it. I have come up with maybe:

General Sub directorate of Development for digital services implementation

Does it sound right?

As mentioned above, is a Spanish document.
