Introduction
This radio journalism course is designed for radio journalists in Ethiopia wishing to
Strengthen their broadcast journalism skills. It focuses on topics including audience Engagement, personal safety, and child safeguarding, and reporting the news. It is Practical, with the emphasis placed on learning by doing. Although the radio journalism course does not include sessions on child labor, the
Course exercises and scenarios depicted as part of the practical work all refer to child labor as the principal theme throughout. The media has a central role to play in the fight against child labor, and a pre-course orientation on the definitions and Characteristics of child labor, as well as efforts to combat it in Ethiopia is recommended for participants before starting this course.
The course is equally suitable for entry-level journalists and professionals with many Years of experience. Some basic, theoretical knowledge of media and journalism expected of trainees to enable meaningful participation in the sessions, while Trainees are able to contribute their own professional experiences to enrich the course content. A good balance might be considered when selecting trainees. A maximum of 15 trainees is recommended per course.

ይህ የሬዲዮ ጋዜጠኝነት ትምህርት የሚሠጠው በኢትዮጵያ ለሚገኙ የሬዲዮ ጋዜጠኞች የማሰራጨት ጋዜጠኝነት ችሎታቸውን ያጠናክራሉ። እሱ የታዳሚዎች ተሳትፎን ፣ የግል ደህንነትን ፣ እና የሕፃናት ጥበቃን እና ዜናውን ሪፖርት ማድረግን ጨምሮ ባሉ ርዕሶች ላይ ያተኩራል ፡፡ በተግባራዊ ትምህርቱ ላይ ትኩረት በመሰጠት ስራ ላይ ማዋል ይቻላል ፡፡ምንም እንኳን የሬዲዮ ጋዜጠኝነት ስልጠናው

የሕፃናት ጉልበት ሥራ እንደ ዋና ጭብጥ መውሰድ ይቻላል ፡፡ ሚዲያ የሚጫወተው ማዕከላዊ ሚና የሕፃናትን ጉልበት ለመዋጋት በሚደረገው ትግል ፣ እንዲሁም ትርጓሜዎቹ ላይ የቅድመ ትምህርት አቅጣጫ እና የሕፃናት ጉልበት ብዝበዛ ባህሪዎችን በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ለመዋጋት የሚደረጉ ጥረቶች ናቸው ፡፡
ይህንን ትምህርት ከመጀመሩ በፊት ለተሳታፊዎች የሚመከረው.፤
ትምህርቱ ለብዙ ዓመታት ልምድ ላላቸው የመግቢያ ደረጃ ጋዜጠኞች እና ባለሙያዎች እኩል ነው ፣አንዳንድ መሰረታዊ የሚዲያና የጋዜጠኝነት እውቀት በስልጠናው ውስጥ ትርጉም ያለው ተሳትፎ እንዲኖራቸው ለማድረግ ሰልጣኞች ይጠብቃሉ ፤ግን ሰልጣኞች የራሳቸውን ሙያዊ ልምዶች በማበርከት የኮርሱን ይዘት ማበለጸግ ይችላሉ፡፡ሰልጣኞች በሚመርጡበት ጊዜ ጥሩ ምልመላ ሊታሰብበት ይገባል ፡፡ በአንድ ጊዜ ቢበዛ 15 ሰልጣኞች የሚመከር ነው።
