For instance, what's "consumer packaging" in Italian? You may find many answers, but the most precise term is: "imballaggio primario". 
German > Italian – Translation – Web site of a 5 star hotel with spa. I discovered we have no translation in Italian for "Textilsauna"? The best choice is to explain the concept: "sauna con obbligo di costume o asciugamano".  1 user

It gets from the detailed description of extraction technologies to the results of a clinical study to prove the benefits of the product on human health. By the way, how do you translate "claim"? Here it clearly refers to "nutrition and health claims". So the answer is "indicazioni (nutrizionali e sulla salute)" or "claim". 
Swiss German > Swiss Italian – Translation – Magazine of a construction firm. Mainly straightforward, but with some technical twists. For example, how do you translate "Baugespanne"? In Italian it's "modine" or "profili". 
German > Italian – Translation – Business plan. How do you translate "Mittelfeldstrategie"? This term, which is not at all frequent, refers to the Price/Quality Matrix by Kotler. In Italian there's no official translation of that matrix. I followed the example of marketing experts that use "strategia del valore medio". 
German > Italian – Translation – Business plan. How do you translate "Generalimporteur"? In it-CH: "importatore generale". In it-IT "importatore esclusivo".  1 user

German to Italian – Translation – Inspection records of automated doors. Technical and sometimes tricky. For instance how do you translate "Drehflügeltür"? Careful there, because it's not a "Drehtür"! The right answer is "porta a battenti" not "porta girevole".  1 user
