From the same poem. Here is the context:
Quince días
sin mi vida natal
y mi gente
quince días *entrañables*
de toda mi vida
The poem is called "Un Viaje Pasajero," it's about the author's 15-day sojourn in Mexico en route from El Salvador to the US.
Would be grateful for any suggestions.

Comment: "Thanks, Remy. Your suggestion of "unforgettable" led me to "memorable", which is what I chose to use here. Very helpful."

intimate
entranable come from entranas, which literally means viscera, so I suppose it could be visceral too

endearing
adj. Inspiring affection or warm sympathy
American Heritage Dictionary
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/endearing
The poet might remember those days as having provided significant growing experiences, or brought new friends and happy moments...but we just don't know what made them "endearing" --- next to or in contrast of his nostalgic references to his homeland and people. We need to know what follows in this poem.
