Control de IPC y de vencimientos

Spanish to English Marketing Real Estate residential property rental
This is a property agency's marketing blurb:

I'm pretty sure this is something like "Managing annual rent increases and contract expiry", but wanted to check...

"Alquilar su piso con nosotros le aporta tranquilidad.

- Selección de inquilinos.
- Informes bancarios y laborales.
- Control de IPC y de vencimientos.
- Asistencia jurídica."

Hi Noni, Margaret and everyone.
As is so often the case, I got no feedack from the agency (grrrr), so I don't know what the right answer was in the end!
So, I am closing this question without awarding points, rather than picking one that may be wrong and it being logged in the "system"... thanks

Hi everyone - thanks for all your help; I know that IPC is RPI, so assumed that this is simply the annual inflation rent increases and then all the notifications that have to be sent out at the end of 5 years etc... Have taken Noni's advice and referred it back to the client.
Muchas gracias!

Yes, I agree largely with your interpretation, but since we are going out a little on a leg about the specific meaning, is there anyway you can check back with your client?
Note from asker:
good idea, Noni! thanks
