The Issuer hereby unconditionally instructs and authorises the Borrower:
to disclose to the Trustee **without any reference to or further authority from** the Issuer such information relating to the Loan Agreement or the Loan as the Trustee may at any time and from time to time request the Borrower to disclose to it and that we would otherwise be entitled to request from the Borrower;
