"Inpastabel die horen bij de betreffende salarisregeling aangeleverd te worden als salarismutaties".
I am translating a document involving HR systems where the above named term appears in the context of making changes in the salary scale/structure of the employees.
I am unable to find an equivalent English term in any glossary so far. I am unable to understand what this term actually means. The literal translation of 'fit-in table' makes no sense.
Any help will be much appreciated.

This looks like (really bad) Dutch voor something like an 'invoegtabel': in this case a table containing the mutations to be inserted into the salary agreement.
