The treatment-emergent period for AEs was defined as the time interval from the start of study treatment date until the date of the end-of-study visit, but no later than the data cut-off date, the date of death or 30 days after the last dose of study drug.
A drug-related TEAE was defined as any TEAE with at least a possible relationship to study treatment as assessed by the investigator or with missing assessment of the causal relationship.
