WHEREAS, the Sponsors intend to develop an expansion of the Rabigh I Project (such expansion, the “Rabigh II Project” and, together with the Rabigh 1 Project, the “Rabigh Project”) and have agreed to the expansion of the Phase I Plant (such expansion, as more fully described in this Agreement, the “Phase II Facilities”) to make available for dispatch by Offtaker additional water, steam and electric power, each in the capacity set out in the relevant attachment A-l to Appendix A-2 {Phase II Plant and Integrated Plant Description, Design Conditions and Technical Data):
