Comment: "Thank you. As it turned out, this was not a crucial word in the text, but a column on a form was headed 'Typ': entries in this column indicate whether each item is a 'recept' or 'poukaz'. As I understand it, poukaz is for a medical device, not a drug. 'voucher' or some such word would differentiate it from 'prescription'."
