Českou větu bych totiž lépe formuloval jako: "nechtěli se připojit ke stádovému způsobu života" nebo "nechtěli se přidat ke stádu" a to jsem se potom pokusil možná neuměle přeložit do anlgičtiny. Nebo by originál mohl být čten jako: "nechtěli se smířit se stádovým vlastnictvím" Z překladu těchto čtení bych pak vycházel.
