Ne fakt mendoj se ne drejtshkrimin e ri te gjuhes shqipe shkruhet QERA. Per konfirmim, te lutem shih
shih http://www.argjiro.net/fjalor/
Ne terminologjine juridike dhe dokumenta kontraktuale flitet per kontraten e qerase, nderkohe qe perdoren termat qeramarrje dhe qeradhenie. Te gjitha agjencite imobiliare ne Shqiperi perdorin termin QERA. Per me teper, nje kerkim i thjeshte ne internet (try google) me termin qera rezulton ne faqet e internetit te dhjetra agjencive imobiliare ne Shqiperi, ndersa termi qira rezulton ne faqe krejt pa lidhje me qerane.
Shenim: fjalori drejtshkrimor i vjeter i gjuhes shqipe dhe shume fjalore te hershem e kane te shkruar qira.
Ndoshta koleget e tjere mund te kene mendime te tjera.

: Është "qira". Mendoj se ka vetëm 1 Fjalor të Shqipes së Sotme. Drejtshkrimi i Shqipes së Sotme nuk ka ndryshuar, pavarësisht nga viti i botimit ('80 apo 2002). Unë s'u besoj fjalorëve të internetit, pasi s'janë miratuar nga Akademia e Shkencave e Shqip.

: Unfortunately, both "qera" and "qira" are used and will be understood by the Albanian reader. Inspite of this word, Anri's translation is more acurate, in my opinion.

Of cousre, eveyroen will undrestand mispeleld wodrs. Teh Piont is whihc one is accurtae? Juts becuase poeple undrestand mispeleld wodrs, this deos not maen that we shuold mispeleld htem too.

I am sorry that I am taking this as an example. Of course, we all make spelling mistakes. I do for sure. I have done and I will probably continue to do a lot of them. However, what shocks me now is one of the Agrees above with a misspelled word, which does not exist in the Standard Albanian Dictionary. If someone misspells a word, well, it is OK. But when somebody else has a choice between a word that is spelled correctly and another one that is misspelled and she chooses the wrong one, what can one think? It just makes me laugh. Maybe others can judge someone’s competence too. Anyway, I had to make this point. The word “qera” does not exist in the only official Albanian dictionary that we have. People misspell it? Yes, of course. They even do this in Google. However, should we continue to misspell it just because others misspell it? I do not think so.
